Cave Hollow Photography
During the infamous mid-program review my teachers said that I need to shoot locally. In other words go out to the parks and learn how to shoot. Despite what they said 4 out of 6 teachers passed me though. Thank goodness. They also said to experiment with HDR. All the below images fit both their criteria. Next week is fall break therefore my images will be coming not from Cave Hollow, or Lions Lake, but from Powder Valley where I hope to catch a glimpse of deer. My parents said that they’re all over the place up there. Not that we don’t have deer around here, it’s just that they don’t come out till night and it’s nearly impossible to get a good shot.
Anyways enjoy.
Night Photography in Color!
I’ve finally learned how to use my D5o to it’s full potential. I figured out how to set it up to expose for at least 30 minutes. However I still need 1 ingrediant, a dark enough sky where no one has any crazy lights on. Tonight I went out to join my fellow photographers at Cave Hollow to do light painting. While I waited for them to arrive I shot photos of the sky. Unfourtunately it was really bright out because of a few baseball games going on at the park. But not to worry I got some great shots. So sit back and enjoy the fall colors and starry skies of Cave Hollow at night.
