Nature and Scenic Portfolio
The photo above was taken outside of Lexington, MO. I had gone to Lexington in hopes of doing a reshoot for my nature and scenic class, but because it was snowing and there was little light I gave up and was on my way home when I finally saw the sun. I just had to pull of the highway and get this shot. Originally this shot was brighter, but after a bit of HDR work in photoshop I got it right.
I took this photograph at Missouri town, I really didn’t like the location because at the time our class got there they were getting ready to close, so I didn’t get very good shots out of it. This is actually the only one I found out of them that was actually interesting, though I wish I had gotten the colors, but it still looks good in black and white.
I took this at Powell Gardens in MO. Fortunately I was able to find a nice day to go back after a rainstorm ruined our class trip.
This one was not so fun, I had various images of the lions and this one was very blue because I had been shooting through glass, and I had to crop it down to rid the image of some protruding lions sitting around this one. The only way I could think to fix the problem with the blue was to turn it black and white. Even still my name is in blue which was probably a mistake.
This is probably one of my more well known photographs from this semester. My friends love it as did my teacher was a bit annoying and bragged about it during class one day. While this isn’t my finished copy I still think it’s good enough to post here because there aren’t that many differences between the two images. You can see the changes on this one in my last post with the proshow gold.

I finally finished my website, although I haven’t had the chance to change to geocities or even charter yet. I’m still trying to negotiate with geocities as they are being uncooperative in allowing my site to be seen or worked on.
All of the pages on this site should be working, but if there are problems I would like to know about them ASAP.
